Meet David and Jen
Owners of 7 vintage cars from a 64 GTO to an 88 Mercedes Benz 560SL
We're David and Jen, the founders of PhotoWhips. Like many people during the COVID pandemic, our businesses slowed down and we suddenly found ourselves with extra time—and a few vintage cars sitting in the garage.
To stay busy and bring in a little extra income, we started renting our cars out as photo props around the Phoenix area. What began as a simple side project quickly took off. We discovered a niche opportunity that could be managed in part-time hours while helping offset the cost of owning and maintaining these special vehicles. Before long, we even added a few more classics to the collection.
Since then, our cars have been featured in hundreds of projects—photo shoots, music videos, album covers, TV shows, advertising campaigns, and special events. Along the way, people constantly asked us if we knew where to find specific cars in different cities. We realized there wasn't a single place that connected vintage car owners with photographers, creatives, and the couples who needed them.
That's why we created PhotoWhips.
